So according to the anti-spam plugin, the amount of comments that are not counted as spam has fallen to less than 25%. Good news though, if even half of the things I’ve order turn out to work I’ll have enough Russian brides that my Nigerian millions won’t be a hassle to spend!

That password protected post didn’t behave the way it was supposed to. I’ve trashed it and will try to make it work again some day.

Just wanted to give a heads up. I’m putting this site and the Underdiscussion podcast under a Creative Commons license. Specifically the “By Attribution, Share Alike” license. What does that mean, exactly? Well, if someone wants to use something from this site they can, so long as they give credit where credit is due and distribute whatever they make under the same license. I’ve been releasing my photos posted on Flickr under the same license for a while now.

For more info, I would suggest reading the FAQ.

Today I posted the first undergopher podcast and as an experiment I opened posting up to the public. Less than an hour later the spam trap has caught a few spambots, so I’m turning that off. Most of the people who might read this blog should already be set up to post. Let me know if you aren’t set up with a user id, or need your password reset.

I’m thinking sometime around gencon I may open it up again.

UPDATE: Screw it, I want to see if the spam filter is worth a damn. Comments for all!

Go here, sign up, and upload an image you want to use. One benefit is that that image will follow you to other blogs that have Gravatars set up. It will take some time for the image to load correctly.

If you want to grab one of the random images, they can be found here.
